What can you expect at one of our matches?
Matches are held at Reveille Peak Ranch in Burnet, Texas in the middle of the Texas Hill Country.
We welcome new shooters! If you have never competed, no worries! Come on out and give it a try, if you have questions reach out to us!
Our matches are part of the Precision Rifle Series Central Region and count for the regional series points.
While we have ranges out to 1000+ yards, we normally keep our matches to under 800 yards.
You can expect to shoot 8 stages and should only need 90 rounds to complete the match.
Stages are timed, normally 2:00 min and may have prone, or a multi-positional stage with one or many steel targets to engage.
In the morning, we will have a zero range open and available to you, so don't worry if you need to check your zero or muzzle velocity before the match!
Bolt or Gas guns are welcome. Vehicles and UTV's are permitted, including wagons and carts.
Most stages you will be able to park and walk between, depending on the match we may have stages in multiple locations on the facility, where traveling between stages by car will be required.
Awards and Trophies:
Trophies will be awarded to the top 3 overall shooters, regardless of division or category.
Refunds:
Match Fee is non-refundable. In the rare event that we cancel a match, registration fees will be refunded. If the shooter cannot attend the match after registering, no refund will be given.
Rules:
Points are scored 1 point per hit, and no points for a miss.
